This box set contains the complete Special Uncut Version of the third season of Sailor Moon, also known as Sailor Moon S. This box set includes episodes 83-120, and was released by Genon [Pioneer] on July 6th, 2004.
 
Box Set Specifics
The DVDs included in this set come in much thinner plastic cases than the individual release of this season on DVD. Additionally, they lack the collectible inserts and reversable covers. The discs themselves only have one image, which is repeated on all six discs. The indiviual First Edition release discs each had high-quality, individualized art.
 
The Sailor Moon S and Sailor Moon SuperS official box sets are some of the rarest, and most expensive items you will find on Sailor Moon Video. These box sets were originally sold at a high price, and produced in limited quantity. Additionally, the material used for the display box does not hold up very well over time once removed from the plastic. These sets are considered rare collectable items, and if you are looking for a way to simply watch this version of the show, we encourage purchasing the seasons in more affordable formats. Season 3 is most affordable when purchased as a full VHS set at this time.
